Delete your NutriTrack account
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion without installing or reopening the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the NutriTrack app
- Sign in to your NutriTrack account.
- Open Profile → Account options → Delete account.
- Verify that you own the account when prompted, then confirm deletion.
The app attempts to delete your Firebase account, Firestore profile, reserved username and cloud-backup documents. It keeps tracking data stored locally on your phone; clear the app's storage separately if you also want to remove those device records.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, have uninstalled the app, or prefer to contact support, email our account-deletion address. You do not need to reinstall NutriTrack.
If you prefer another email service, send to rahman8686200@gmail.com with subject NutriTrack account deletion request. Include the email address used for your NutriTrack account. You may be asked to verify account ownership securely before deletion is completed. Never send your password, OTP or Firebase ID token.
What is deleted, and what may remain?
After verification, the request is to delete your NutriTrack account and associated account-controlled cloud data. This includes the Firebase sign-in account, profile, reserved username and cloud-backup records. An external request is handled manually; we will review any associated Cloudflare subscription/usage identifiers for cleanup rather than assuming Firebase deletion automatically clears them.
Local records on an existing device, exported backups, Android/device backups and emails already delivered to third-party service providers are not necessarily removed by cloud-account deletion. Certain records may need to be retained where required for security or legal reasons; if that applies, we'll explain the reason when handling the request.
